We have a track record at winning and managing contracts on our own behalf and as lead managing agents on the Viva South Yorkshire Arts Consortium.

This experience led us to be commissioned by Arts Council England to carry out an R&D project on the arts and strategic commissioning.

As part of this we became members of a city wide Task & Finish Group of commissioning & procurement staff from the Council and NHS and 3rd sector leads, exploring a common framework for 3^rd sector commissioning. Eventus led on the Market Development workstream. This work is feeding into the Council commissioning & procurement practices. We will continue to post updates on this work.

We can bid for and manage contracts; offer training on commissioning & procurement for artists; advice & training for commissioners wanting to stimulate the market to include the arts.
