Quality Assurance
Eventus is a National Portfolio Organisation (NPO) of Arts Council England.
This status, reviewed on a 3 year cycle, is awarded to organisations that are considered part of the national arts infrastructure and which meet a number of delivery and management competencies on which they are regularly reviewed and scored.
These include:
- effective management and governance
- annual agreement re outputs and outcomes
- signed Annual Accounts
- annual Reviews scored against national criteria
- attendance at board meetings by Arts Council Lead Officer
- compliance with all requirements on a publicly funded body
We are actively investigating external QA systems relevant to the areas of work we have identified as priority areas for growth.
Data Protection
Eventus Ltd is registered under the Data Protection Act and all information collected is used and stored in compliance with the Act.

Health & Safety
Eventus Ltd has a Health & Safety policy aimed at ensuring maximum safety for staff, volunteers and participants at all activities organised by the Company.
Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults Protection
Eventus Ltd offers a relevant policy. Staff and volunteers working with children young people or vulnerable adults are required to provide the appropriate CRB disclosure. As an RFO of Arts Council England we are informed by their safeguarding procedures.
All policies are regularly updated to comply with current legislation.

Eventus operates a Financial Procedures Policy. The Board has an Audit Committee which meets regularly and reports to the Board.

Eventus Ltd carries Employee’s Liability, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
